Application for University Academic Scholarship

Students who wish to apply for University Acedemic Scholarships must file for academic scholarship at the Office of the
Vice President for Academic Affairs located at the IRC Building 1st level.

The applicant will fill in and sign the application form and submit to the Office of Vice President for Academic Affairs with the following:
- Certification of Good Moral Character from Barrio Captain or Municipal Mayor; (2 copies)
- Certification of Good Moral Character from Parish Priest or Church Minister' (2 copies)
- 2X2 Black & White Picture (2 copies)

A certification from the Registrar that the applicant obtained a GPA of not less than 1.5 with no failing grades, NG,
Dropped remarks in the previous semester.

The Certification for Loyalty and Services rendered must be duly signed by the Advisers.

The applicant must currently enrolled at the Registrar's Office and must have paid the pertinent fees at the Treasurer's Office

The University of Bohol Academic Scholars will be given to the following:

UB Elementary and UB High School who are:
First Honor --------- 100% discount on tuition fee for the whole year
Second Honor ----- 50% discount on tuition fee for the whole year

College students (2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year. 5th year who are Dean's Listers with a General Passing Average of:
1.0 to 1.25 ------- 100% free tuition fee only
1.29 to 1.5 ------- 50% free tuition fee only

College of Law Students
First year student who graduated with honor from Bachelors Degree:
Summa Cum Laude ------- 100% free tuition fee only
Magna Cum Laude --------- 75% free tuition fee only
Cum Laude -------------------- 50% free tuition fee only
2nd year, 3rd year, & 4th year students who are Dean's Listers with a grade of:
1.0 to 1.25 ---------- 100% free tuition fee only

The accepted scholars must attend the orientation and other meetings that will be called by the Vice President for Academic Affairs from time to time

Acceptance for application for scholarship will start during enrollment period until the second week of the start of
regular classes. Late applications will not be accepted
