February 9, 2018	Last day oral defense for thesis or dissertation
February 16, 2018	Last day of submission of printed thesis or dissertations to the Registrar's Office
February 19, 2018	Start of Releasing of Final Clearance at Registrar's Office
February 19 to March 16, 2018	Releasing of Togas (UB Plaza)
February 26 to March 2, 2018	Final Examinations for Graduating Students
March 12, 2018	Deadline of encoding/verification of FINAL grades of Graduating students
March 14, 2018	Registrar will furnish the Deans/Heads the final list of graduating students for March 2018
March 14, 2018	Treasurer will provide the Deans/Heads the lists of graduating students with unsettled accounts
March 15, 2018	Deliberation Period (Deans/Heads and faculty members will deliberate for the final candidates for graduation for March 2017
